On 14 July 2008, Richard Pratt and Jan-Burger van Wyk, represented Realty 1 Cape
Agulhas at the yearly gala-event held at Monte Casino in Johannesburg. Prices
were handed out for the best performing offices and agents in the country.
Realty 1 Cape Agulhas won for the “Office of the year-Country-Units; Office of
the year-Country-Commission; Top 10 Offices-Units; Top 10 Offices-Commission.”
Richard Pratt came 2nd in “Top Country Agent-Rand Value. Both Richard and
Jan-Burger had a wonderful evening.
